Lash Extensions
I specialise in all lash extensions, ranging for Classic (one extension to one natural lash) to Russian Volume (light or full looking hand made fans placed on one natural lash). All lash sets are bespoke to the individual.
About Me
My name is Jess Martin, I am a master lash Artist & educator.
I have been lashing since 2013 where I started my beauty/lash career, I then advanced my skills onto Russian volume lash extensions back in in 2014 and taken several volume and Mega volume courses since. Keeping upto date with the lash industry is key to providing the best service to my clients.

I became an educator back in 2016 providing courses for beginners and advanced lash and brow technicians.
​
I am a 24x International award winning Lash & Brow artist & Trainer, I also organised an international Fantasy Lash Art competition .
I have also ran 5 very successful international Fantasy lash art competitions in 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019 & 2020.
​
In 2018 I have won Training Academy of the Year with Lashbase, in 2020 I won Russian Lash Specialist of the year at the English Nails, brows and lashes awards. And most recently won Beauty Salon of the year 2021.
I have Judged international online Lash competitions also.

I believe in giving my clients and students the best I can and therefore always have continued learning within the industry via further trainings or attending Lash confrences.

Lash Lift & Tint
Lash lift and tint, is a treatment that perms/lifts and colours the natural lash to give a longer more noticeable look, low maintenance and you can still wear mascara if you wanted.

Brow Treatments
I offer different brow treatments, such as brow wax & tint, Hybrid brows and Brow Lamination.
Piercing
I am trained in body piercing, from the waist up.
offering basic implant-grade titanium jewellery or a choice of upgraded implant-grade titanium jewellery.
Vitamin Injections & IV Wellness Drips
wellbeing Intramuscular Vitamin injections such as B12, Vitamin C, Vitamin D, B-complex and Biotin. To help boost energy, mood, hair growth, aid weightoss and much more....

Online Courses
​
At Flutterbye Lashes I offer online courses aswell as face to face training.
These courses can be done in the comfort of your own home or salon and you have 3 months to complete the course along with case studies. Both fully accredited online courses do have pre-requisites:
​
-Brow Lamination you must already be fully qualified on brow wax & tint.
​
-Lash Lift & tint you must already be qualified in lashes so you are comfortable working so close to the eyes.
​
These courses do not come with kits.

Jessica Mae Aesthetician works in the salon Mondays & Saturday, offering lash and brow treatments as well as Semi-permanent makeup and skin boosters.
Emma
Em's Lashes and Beauty works in the salon every Friday, offering all lash and brow treatments.
Amy
Luscious lashes by Amy will be based in the salon every Monday & Thursday from September. Amy has been taught by myself a few years ago in Lash Extensions, lash lifts & tits, Brow wax & tints and Brow Lamination.

Bridie’s Beauty works in the salon every Tuesday & Wednesday, offering all treatments such as Nail, Lashes, Brows, Facials, Massage.
Demi
Defined by Demi works in the salon Tuesday & Wednesdays offering Lash lifts and all things Brows, she is our brow expert.
Mia
By Mia Glover works every Thursday, friday and Saturday, Mia is qualifed in beauty therapy but is specialising and offering Gel/BIAB Nails in the salon
